I get asked all the time, “Can I include my horse in my Graduating Senior Photo session?”
ABSOLOUTLY!

All senior sessions are welcome to include animals or props who help create a story of who the senior is are during their senior year. Due to various school requirements, I do split our time to ensure we capture photos of just the senior, and then add in their beloved animals or props. For Ella’s session, she wanted to include her handsome horse, Nelson and use the beautiful Curtis Performance Horse Property.

Nelson was quiet the character, dancing from one spot to another, even returning smooches to Ella by licking her entire face! He brought quiet a bit of laughter to Ella and her family as we photographed, and in the end, allowed Ella to relax and be confident in her true beauty.
