When you get a new pony, it requires a photoshoot to celebrate this new chapter in your lives!
Bree assisted during a previous photoshoot, and after enjoying the experience and her daughter getting a new pony, she contacted me to reserve a spot on during my next travels to Palm City Florida, for a horse and rider photoshoot.
They decided to trailer the new pony, Ginger, to their home property for their photoshoot, as they felt it offered better backgrounds than the barn property had. Their back yard was full of tall palms and shorter tropical plants (forgive my lack of plant knowledge. We don’t have tropical plants here in Michigan! 😆 ), giving their front yard an iconic Florida feel, while the back yard gave off a jungle feel.
Ginger was a saint, and Bella was a professional when it came to listening to directions and ensuring we captured the most variety of photos during our 45 minute shoot. Everything went so well, that we had extra time for Bella to include her two labrador retrievers into a few photos as well.
